This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for Winmov purchases and subscriptions. It applies to payments made through our website and any third-party payment providers we use (the "Payment Provider").

1. Digital services and credits

Winmov provides access to AI-powered generation features. Some features require prepaid credits ("Credits") or a subscription plan. Credits are digital services and are typically delivered immediately after payment.

If a generation job fails due to a verified technical error on our side, the Service automatically returns the deducted credits to your balance.

2. One-time credit purchases

Unless required by applicable law, one-time Credit purchases are generally non-refundable, especially once Credits have been used.

We may consider refunds or account credits on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge) and you notify us promptly.
  • A verified technical failure on our side prevented delivery of the purchased Credits.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions are reported, and we can reasonably verify the claim.

If Credits have been fully or partially used, we may deny a refund or issue a partial refund where permitted by law.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide ongoing access and may include periodic Credit allocations. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by applicable law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew for the next period.

4. Promotional credits

Free trials and promotional Credits (including bonuses) are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account restrictions while we investigate and may lead to suspension if abuse is detected.

7. Payment provider terms
