This policy explains what is allowed and not allowed when using Winmov (the “Service”). We use automated and manual measures to detect and prevent abuse. If you violate this policy, we may suspend or terminate your account and may report unlawful activity where required.

1. High‑risk content is not allowed

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, or share:

  • Sexual or pornographic content, including explicit nudity or sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance).
  • Content involving minors in any sexual context, or any content that exploits, endangers, or targets minors.
  • Hate, harassment, or violence, including content that promotes violence, extremism, or hatred against protected groups.
  • Illegal activities, including instructions for wrongdoing, evasion, or fraud.

2. No impersonation of real people

Winmov can generate fictional characters. However, you may not use the Service to impersonate, recreate, or misrepresent real people.

  • Do not generate content depicting a real person (including public figures/celebrities) in a misleading, defamatory, sexual, or otherwise harmful way.
  • Do not upload or use portrait/selfie images if your intent is to recreate a specific person or generate “look‑alike” results.
  • Do not claim or imply that generated outputs are authentic recordings or endorsements by real people.

3. Respect intellectual property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you upload (including images, videos, logos, and audio) and for your use of outputs. Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

4. No misuse of the Service

  • Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, usage limits, or account restrictions.
  • Do not probe, scrape, or attack the Service, or use it to distribute malware.
  • Do not run the Service for unauthorized resale, brokering, or marketplace purposes.

5. Reporting and support

If you believe content generated through the Service violates this policy, infringes your rights, or is otherwise abusive, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Third‑party models and disclaimers

Winmov is an independent product. Where we reference third‑party model names in product documentation or UI, it is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by the model providers.
